Skills / Knowledge
/ Abilities Knowledge and experience with a wide range of state-of-the-art cyber-infrastructure (CI) systems (e.g., HPC system, cloud systems, massive high performance storage systems) and well as CI services, tools, and software Knowledge and experience with advanced automation/scripting, debugging, and performance profiling techniques for large-scale CI systems Expertise in using user support systems (e.g., ticket systems, knowledge-bases, interactive chat systems, and web pages) Well-versed in user management and user onboarding processes and procedures in advanced CI environments, including maintaining and enforcing data security and privacy policies Experience collaborating and working with researchers and technology providers to develop advanced solutions Advanced writing skills and experience developing documentation and training materials including online tutorials.
