About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Systems Product Manager to champion our systems strategy in North America. In this pivotal role, you will drive the adoption of our integrated systems, combining your technical expertise with commercial leadership. Your ability to influence stakeholders, coupled with your deep knowledge of servo electronics and system architecture, will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by promoting motion control products and integrated systems. Define and execute the systems roadmap, aligning with long-term strategic goals. Establish and communicate North American requirements for systems products and support. Lead the go-to-market strategy, enabling sales teams and channel partners to effectively position our systems. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline for systems solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery. Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales performance. Qualifications Required Skills BSEE, BSME, BSCS, or related degree. Proven experience with servo motors, electronics, and automation systems. Demonstrated ability to train and influence diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with machine design and systems integration. Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies. Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
