Build the next generation of American-made drones.
DMR Technologies is building advanced unmanned aircraft for agriculture, infrastructure, public safety, and defense. We're looking for an experienced Flight Control Firmware Engineer to own and advance the embedded software that powers our flight controllers.
You'll inherit a mature production codebase and help drive the next generation of flight performance, reliability, and autonomous capability.
What You'll DoOwn and improve flight controller firmwareDevelop embedded software for STM32-based systemsEnhance RTK, GPS, IMU, sensor fusion, and navigation performanceDesign and integrate new flight featuresSupport production, testing, and manufacturingWork closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams What We're Looking For5+ years of embedded firmware experienceExperience with drone or aerospace flight control systemsStrong C/C++ development skillsSTM32, RTOS, or bare-metal experienceSensor fusion, IMU, GNSS/RTK, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C experienceComfortable taking ownership of complex embedded systemsBonus PointsAgricultural drone experienceAutonomy or robotics backgroundRTK positioning expertiseUAV mass production experience
