Intern - IT Digital Infrastructure Cleco Corporate Holdings LLC United States, Louisiana, Pineville Sep 09, 2026 Role Purpose The Digital Infrastructure Intern works alongside IT professionals to learn how servers, cloud technologies, operating systems, data protection, and infrastructure services work together to keep critical business applications running. Key Responsibilities Assist with the support and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, and cloud-based technologies.

Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.

Support projects involving infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, and cloud migration initiatives.

Assist with data backup, recovery, and business continuity activities.

Document processes, technology solutions, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with IT team members and business partners to support day-to-day technology needs.

Participate in projects focused on automation, efficiency improvements, and emerging technologies.

Present project findings and accomplishments to leadership at the conclusion of the internship. Qualifications Required Education, Skills & Experience Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a related field

Planning and project management skills

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job

Proficient at functioning effectively within a team environment, presenting ideas and opinions in a respective and collegial manner

General knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating System administration to be able to maintain the infrastructure environment Key Competencies
