Jobs › Bedford, MA › Enterprise MBSE Architect Insight Global Enterprise MBSE Architect Bedford, MA Apply Job Description A federal client is looking for an Enterprise MBSE Architect to help build and operationalize a Model-Based Systems Engineering capability supporting Department of the Air Force digital engineering initiatives. This individual will be a hands-on technical practitioner responsible for developing models, configuring MBSE tools, establishing modeling standards, and enabling engineering teams to effectively work within the MBSE environment. Day to Day Build, maintain, and manage MBSE models supporting complex systems and architectures. Develop models using SysML, UAF, and/or UML. Configure and administer MBSE tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or Capella. Establish modeling conventions, style guides, schemas, and repository structures. Integrate MBSE tools and models into the broader digital engineering environment. Support testing, documentation, configuration management, and model validation. Train and mentor engineers and analysts on MBSE tools, standards, and best practices. Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of A&AS contractor personnel.

Pay rate:

70-85/hr Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) within complex engineering environments.
• Strong experience developing models using SysML, UAF, UML, or similar modeling languages/frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MBSE platforms such as Cameo, IBM Rhapsody, Capella, or equivalent tools.
• Experience developing modeling standards, conventions, repositories, and technical documentation.
• Experience working within DoD, Air Force, federal, aerospace/defense, or similarly complex systems engineering environments.
• Active Secret Clearance
• INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification.
• Experience supporting DAF digital engineering initiatives, digital thread/digital twin environments, or A&AS contractor transitions.
