  • Maintain ownership of application certification activities and compliance controls.
  • Oversee support and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to established service level commitments.
  • Define, implement, and maintain archiving and log management strategies.
  • Partner with internal delivery organizations, architects, and service teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, cybersecurity, technology, and data privacy risks.
  • Ensure timely application of patches and updates across application, database, and operating system layers.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively address emerging issues and trends.
  • Ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) and change management processes are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Manage application Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and support budget-related activities.
  • Maintain CMDB accuracy, asset information, and service mapping documentation.
  • Ensure technical documentation remains current, including architecture diagrams, business process flows, and integration documentation.
