Job Description
- Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Integrate and manage connectors including JDBC, ServiceNow ServiceDesk, Web Services, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Workday, and Active Directory.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Active Directory operations, including domain lookups, attribute queries, API integrations, and password vault synchronization.
- Use SailPoint V3 APIs for configurations, code promotions, and automation.
- Utilize SailPoint utilities to support development, configuration, and operational activities.
- Design, build, and manage identity lifecycle workflows and triggers within SailPoint ISC.
- Configure and execute Access Certification campaigns to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Create, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint cloud rules, connector rules, and transforms.
- Onboard enterprise applications into the SailPoint platform while ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve connector, provisioning, and IAM-related issues.
- Collaborate with IAM, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
- Continuously optimize identity governance processes and automation for efficiency and scalability. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with connectors such as JDBC, ServiceNow ServiceDesk, Web Services, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Workday, and Active Directory.
- 3+ years of advanced PowerShell scripting experience focused on Active Directory automation and API integrations.
- 4+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- 3+ years of experience configuring SailPoint workflows, triggers, Access Certifications, cloud rules, connector rules, and transforms.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex IAM and connector-related issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with identity governance in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting/programming languages beyond PowerShell, such as Python or Java.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR and related audit processes.
- Understanding of password vault integrations such as CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault.
- SailPoint or relevant IAM certifications.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools beyond ServiceNow.
