Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required Position Overview As the Senior MBSE Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying next-generation Strategic Weapon Systems using advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and digital engineering practices. You will work as part of a cross-functional engineering team supporting Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) programs. In this role, you will develop and maintain SysML models, support systems and test engineering activities, manage requirements, and contribute to Agile development efforts. You will help define system architectures, interfaces, and functional behavior while leveraging modern MBSE tools and requirements management platforms. This position plays a key role in advancing digital engineering initiatives, improving systems design communication, and supporting the development of highly complex defense systems. What You Bring to theTable:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline plus 2+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus 6+ months of relevant experience Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler Experience developing and maintaining SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams Experience applying MBSE to complex system architecture, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS and/or DOORS Next Generation Experience integrating requirements management tools with system models Experience supporting Systems Engineering and Test Engineering activities Experience working in Agile development environments Active DoD Top Secret security clearance Ability to obtain and maintain access to classified information U.S. citizenship requiredWhat Sets You Apart:
