Job Description

Systems Engineer (MBSE)
  • Active Top Secret Clearance Required Join a premier federal defense contractor and help shape the systems that protect national security.

What You Will Do:
  • Support proposal efforts, helping shape winning technical solutions
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses to strengthen overall security posture
  • Develop system security documentation and support accreditation and certification testing
  • Evaluate systems, networks, and information systems to ensure they meet government security specifications
  • Create technical engineering products across the full system development life cycle
  • Help define the engineering frameworks and best practices used across multiple programs and systems Required Skills
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Must have an active Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) and their integration with system models
  • Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and champions MBSE adoption across cross-functional teams
