Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple systems.
• Support the integration and maintenance of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.
• Assist in managing and optimizing Citrix technologies to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and triage technical problems effectively.
• Participate in the development and implementation of computer-aided software engineering tools.
• Utilize Python to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Provide technical support for PC software and laptop hardware.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure consistent system operations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a systems engineering or related role.
• Proficiency with PC software and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with computer-aided software engineering tools.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience working with Citrix technologies is a plus.
• Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
