Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team in supporting strategic weapon system and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs.
- Qualifications
- + Participate in overall requirements traceability, system architecture definition, interface management, and risk management for assigned subsystem + Conduct system modeling, define concepts of operations, and manage requirements in support of system design + Develop subsystem and component manufacturing specifications across the system including verification plans + Generate subsystem and component test requirements and work with test team to plan, execute, and evaluate test events + Address Engineering Lifecycle requirements from development to manufacturing to fielding and operational support + Participate in integration efforts at the subsystem and system level and support higher level program integration efforts + Contribute to milestone technical reviews and generate required design documentation + Familiarity with IBM DOORS and No Magic Cameo highly desired + 10 years of related experience +
Education Requirements:
BS degree in systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering, MS in Systems Engineering a plus + Familiarity with DoD major acquisition program processes and requirements. + Ability to travel 25 of the time + Active security clearance required, eligibility for SAP clearance is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
- + Master's degree in engineering or related field. + DoD test and evaluation certifications and experience. + Experience with systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation. + Top SECRET Clearance
