- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Broad systems-level engineering capability spanning multiple disciplines, combined with recognized expertise in at least one core technical domain.
- Strong background in mathematical modeling, computational methods, data analytics, and technical problem-solving, including the use of engineering and computational tools to evaluate system performance, optimize operations, and support technology development.
- Experience leading innovation, R D, technology development, or product maturation activities.
- Experience in Client, downstream operations, oil and gas, or adjacent energy sectors is beneficial.
- Familiarity with emerging energy technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture and storage (CCS), geothermal energy, or circular economy solutions is desirable. Leadership Characteristics & Ways of Working
