Summary:
  • Lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities.
  • Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, integration planning, test, and verification.
  • Develop systems architectures and concepts of operations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and provide technical team leadership.
  • Utilize expertise in Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Engineering, Integration and Test, and Program Management.
  • Experience with tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project is required.

    Degree:
    Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Years of experience: 5+ years
    Total Compensation:
    $263k+ yearly (tentative)
    Job Description:
    • Lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities.
    • Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and design review support.
    • Conduct integration planning, test, verification, and risk management.
    • Develop systems architectures and concepts of operations.
    • Review engineering work products for technical accuracy and quality.
    • Prepare and present systems engineering work products to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Generate subcontract statements of work and manage subcontractor performance.
    • Provide tasking and mentorship to junior systems engineering team members.
    • Collaborate with program managers, planners, engineers, and technicians.
    • Drive tasks to completion independently.
    • Key skills include: Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Engineering, Integration and Test (I&T), Software Testing, Requirements Analysis, Full life cycle software development, Software Architecture, Program Management, and Technical Team Leadership.
    • Experience with tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project is preferred.
    • Effective communication and technical writing skills are essential.
