Summary:
- Lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities.
- Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, integration planning, test, and verification.
- Develop systems architectures and concepts of operations.
- Manage subcontractor performance and provide technical team leadership.
- Utilize expertise in Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Engineering, Integration and Test, and Program Management.
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project is required.

- Lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities.
- Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and design review support.
- Conduct integration planning, test, verification, and risk management.
- Develop systems architectures and concepts of operations.
- Review engineering work products for technical accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and present systems engineering work products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate subcontract statements of work and manage subcontractor performance.
- Provide tasking and mentorship to junior systems engineering team members.
- Collaborate with program managers, planners, engineers, and technicians.
- Drive tasks to completion independently.
- Key skills include: Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Engineering, Integration and Test (I&T), Software Testing, Requirements Analysis, Full life cycle software development, Software Architecture, Program Management, and Technical Team Leadership.
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Effective communication and technical writing skills are essential.
