Summary:
- Support simulation and training engineering development projects.
- Perform requirements analysis, software architecture design, systems integration, and software testing.
- Manage full-life cycle software development activities and subcontractor performance.
- Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
- Requires strong communications and technical writing skills.

Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Years of experience: 2+ years
Total Compensation:
$235k+ yearly (tentative)Job Description:
- Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities for simulation and training programs.
- Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and architecture design.
- Conduct systems integration, new product integration, and system testing.
- Manage requirements derivation and allocation, integration planning, test, and verification.
- Generate subcontract statements of work and oversee subcontractor performance.
- Prepare and present engineering work products to internal teams and at program milestone reviews.
- Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
- Possess strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in a DoD environment and model-based systems engineering is preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required.
- Travel up to 15% may be required.
