Responsibilities :
Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle. Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures. Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts. Qualifications:
BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems). Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, Sys
ML, UPDM/UAF
). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
