 Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Job DescriptionA Day in the Life Works under general direction with broad, in-depth knowledge of hospital and Radiology systems technologyConducts business requirements reviews, including gathering business and user needsDocuments and formulates detailed business and system requirementsDefines system scope and objectives for complex information systemsRecommends workflow and process improvementsModifies, tests, and implements third-party software solutionsLeads small to mid-size teams on mid- to large-scale projects (80-120 hours) involving moderately integrated, complex systemsProduces thorough documentation for requirements, testing, code/scripts, processes, and workflowsProvides guidance and mentorship to less experienced analystsQualificationsQualifications Must have one of the following (required): Associate's degree (preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis) with 4 years' relevant experience (IS/Business or healthcare) Bachelor's degree (preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis) with 2 years relevant experience (IS/Business or healthcare) 6 years in healthcare or IS/Business experience Experience in healthcare beneficial Technical Knowledge (required):

General understanding of: Common technical terminology Network topologies Working knowledge of: MS Desktop products Client/Server applications IT Selection and Implementation Methodology Required technical documentation including flowcharts Interpreting vendor technical requirements Relational database concepts Types of hardware, storage, computing capacity of computers and end user devices Back up processes and disaster recovery Computer security procedures and protocols Report writing tools Networking concepts

Additional InformationSchedule:

8-4:30pm, no weekends, call rotation is every 3 weeks, for 1 week.
