Job Description

Engineering professional responsible for prototype vehicle builds, system integration, testing, and delivery support for advanced military vehicle programs. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience leading prototype vehicle builds, integration, and delivery Experience developing and managing prototype build schedules and fabrication plans Experience coordinating with engineering teams, suppliers, and prototype shop personnel Experience supporting hardware procurement and initiating shop work orders Experience overseeing vehicle-level integration, testing, and issue resolution Ability to direct mechanics using engineering drawings, models, and specifications Experience monitoring Engineering BOM maturity and release plans Experience tracking materials and resolving late-to-need issues Experience generating and managing Engineering Problem Reports (EPRs) Strong technical documentation skills Comfortable working on and around military vehicles, including climbing and confined spaces Ability to pass ASR (Anthropometric Size Requirement) Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Preferred Skills Experience with Teamcenter Experience with Vis Mockup Experience with Oracle systems Background working with ground combat or military vehicles Experience in prototype builds, system integration, or vehicle testing Job Responsibilities Lead prototype vehicle builds, integration, and delivery to the customer Develop and manage prototype build schedules and fabrication plans Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and prototype shop personnel Support hardware procurement and initiate shop work orders Serve as the link between subsystem engineers and build shop mechanics Oversee vehicle-level integration, testing, and issue resolution Direct mechanics using engineering drawings, models, and specifications Monitor Engineering BOM maturity and release plans Track materials and resolve late-to-need issues Generate and manage Engineering Problem Reports Support vehicle build execution through integration, testing, and issue resolution
