Job Description:
This role provides infrastructure operations support for the company's private cloud environments, primarily focused on VMware and OpenShift platforms that host all enterprise applications and servers. As part of a 24/7 shift-based operations team, this person serves as the first line of defense-monitoring and responding to alerts, performing initial troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed to ensure stability and availability of core infrastructure services. The position requires strong understanding of VMware technologies, a commitment to shift-based operational support, and the ability to work closely with application teams whose workloads run on the infrastructure the team manages.
