Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field OR equivalent years of professional experience required. Deep hands on Oracle PCF/CHF deployment completely on Cloud platform required (AMDOCS). Experience working with Call flow in VoLTE and Data Policy Management and Administration, IMS, SIP and SS7 protocols required. System level knowledge and hands on experience dealing with the following areas required: LTE (EPC)/4G/5G packet data core Policy / Charging and QoS enforcement in packet data networks. IMS networks and services including RCS or VoLTE.
