Job Requirements Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals Knowledge of computer security policies and computer security concepts Ability to use standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Ability to use intranet and internet functions 1+ years of IT experience preferred Recent college graduates considered Experience with standard IT support processes and operational procedures Preferred Skills Desktop hardware support experience Software troubleshooting experience Printer hardware management experience ServiceNow ticketing experience Computer imaging experience Computer deployment experience Asset lifecycle management experience Smart hands support experience for server and network teams Conference room technology support experience Job Responsibilities Provide basic operational support for computing environments Follow established procedures to support computer centers, unit computing environments, and user communities Perform administrative technical support activities Monitor and perform standard IT processes and operations Manage onsite desktop hardware Troubleshoot desktop software issues Manage printer hardware and replace printer toner Provide smart hands support for server and network teams Support conference room technology Manage computer asset lifecycle activities Deploy computers for unit customers Image computers Dispose of outdated assets Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
