Job:
As an Enterprise Architect at FNBO, you will provide strategic technical leadership across our technology organization, driving architectural decisions that span multiple business domains and technology platforms. This role requires demonstrated experience orchestrating large-scale enterprise solutions and influencing technology strategy across a complex organization.

Drive architectural decisions that impact multiple business domains Collaborate across business units to ensure technology alignment with strategic priorities Design scalable, resilient solutions to complex enterprise challenges Create and maintain technical vision Lead architectural governance processes that balance innovation and speed with standardization Mentor and develop architects across the organization Improve resiliency, scalability, and adaptability of our product offerings Drive technical roadmap(s) across the enterprise

This Role:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS - MUST HAVE
10+ years in technology roles with progressive responsibility Proven experience setting and driving technology strategy across multiple business segments or domains Architecture leadership experience with direct accountability for enterprise-wide decisions Verifiable experience designing and implementing large-scale (multi-million dollar) technology solutions Track record of creating and executing technology roadmaps that align with business objectives Experience establishing and governing architectural standards across diverse technology teams Hands-on experience evaluating and recommending enterprise technology platforms Proven collaborator, with a focus on relationships and teamwork Deep technical expertise in multiple areas such as: API ecosystems and management platforms Data architecture and analytics platforms Cloud architecture Front end development Infrastructure Modern software engineering practices Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $158,696.00-$269,783.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
