Apply Now Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Manhattan SCALE Integration Analyst to support customer-facing integrations between external customer systems and Manhattan SCALE. The Integration Analyst will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and transaction specifications, determining how customer data should map into Manhattan SCALE, defining how outbound SCALE data needs to map back to the customer's requirements, and creating detailed specifications for the development team. This is not primarily a development role. The ideal candidate needs to be technical enough to understand WMS integrations and data flows but should have demonstrated experience owning the mapping, requirements, documentation, and testing portions of an integration. Skills and Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE
Experience supporting customer-facing WMS integrations
Proven experience mapping external/customer data into Manhattan SCALE
Experience mapping outbound SCALE data into customer-required formats
Experience developing detailed mapping documents, interface specifications, and integration requirements
Strong understanding of inbound and outbound WMS interfaces
Strong integration testing and validation experience
Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications that a development team can execute
Strong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
