Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Future duties and responsibilities Primary administrator of the Unica marketing platform ecosystem. Accountable to stability, security, performance, and life-cycle management. External Team coordination, liaison to HCL Unica Support. Ensuring reliable execution of campaigns through monitoring, alerting, and operational checks. Assist with platform upgrades, patches, etc. Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and root cause analysis efforts. Manage integrations with schedulers, data pipelines, and downstream systems. Establish and maintain SOPs, run books, and governance artifacts. Continuously improve platform resiliency and automation. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Experience with administering enterprise marketing platforms (strong desire for Unica Plan and Campaign). Hands on experience with campaign flowcharts, batch execution, user access/role management, and troubleshooting app lvl and run time issues. Operational accountability for prod systems. Working knowledge of SQL/relational database concepts, Linux/Windows server environments, and job schedulers.
