Duration:
12 Months I have a new 12 month plus MS Power Automate Engineer opportunity available for a major insurance company located in Holmdel, New Jersey, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Hudson Yards in Midtown, Manhattan that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The work week schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote. The choice of onsite work location will be with the candidate, and he / she can work in either of the firm's office locations closest to their residence. The firm will consider a remote candidate provided he / she is quite qualified for this role. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.
Position Summary:
The MS Power Automate Engineer will be responsible for building and scaling automation and application solutions that support the firms AI initiatives. This role focuses on delivering business-driven workflows, custom applications, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. The engineer plays a critical role in enabling rapid solution development and embedding AI into day-to-day business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows and RPA scenarios Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to support business use cases Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365 services, data sources, and external systems Support AI-enabled workflows and automation patterns tied to Copilot and related capabilities Align all development with governance standards, including DLP policies and environment strategy Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed applications and automations
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem and data connectors Experience with governance frameworks, DLP, and environment management Familiarity with API integrations and automation patterns The interview process will include an initial phone or virtual interview screening.
