Overview We are seeking a technical lead specializing in Power Platform who will also contribute as a senior engineer within the Microsoft 365 environment alongside peers at a similar level. This role will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of Power Platform solutions, while partnering with other senior engineers to support and evolve the broader M365 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Power Platform Leadership Serve as the enterprise lead for Power Platform, owning: Architecture, design, and delivery of solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse Define and enforce governance, standards, and best practices Lead development of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions Drive AI-enabled automation, including Copilot and intelligent workflows Act as the primary point of accountability for Power Platform roadmap and outcomes Microsoft 365 Engineering Partner with peer engineers to support and enhance the M365 environment, including: Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online / OneDrive Entra ID (Azure AD) Contribute to platform engineering, operations, and modernization efforts Support security, compliance, and integration initiatives Participate in architecture decisions and cross-platform design Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions Lead solution design and technical delivery for Power Platform initiatives Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams Provide technical leadership and mentorship (without necessarily direct people management) Automation & Innovation Drive automation strategy leveraging Power Platform and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) Identify opportunities to improve productivity through low-code/no-code solutions Lead adoption of AI and Copilot capabilities within business processes Qualifications Required Strong experience in Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse) 5-7+ years across Microsoft 365 / collaboration technologies Solid understanding of: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online Identity (Entra ID) and security Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and governance models Strong automation and integration skills Preferred Experience leading Power Platform programs or CoE (Center of Excellence) Familiarity with AI/Copilot capabilities and implementation Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365) Experience working in complex enterprise environments
