Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and guide a team of integration developers and engineers Provide technical direction and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment Integration Strategy & Design Design scalable, efficient integration architectures across systems and applications Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks, and methodologies Analyze existing systems and define future-ready integration patterns Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation Implementation & Delivery Own release planning and manage cross-team dependencies Oversee development and deployment of integration solutions Ensure solutions are secure, robust, and performant Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges Partner with architects on solution design and enhancements Monitor systems proactively and address performance issues Collaboration & Communication Work closely with business stakeholders to define integration needs Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Take ownership and drive initiatives independently Best Practices & Governance Establish and enforce integration standards and best practices Ensure compliance with enterprise and industry standards Stay current with emerging technologies and trends ???? Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in integration technologies Strong expertise in Azure API Management (APIM) Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and/or Apache Camel Proven experience building REST APIs, messaging systems, and pub/sub architectures Proficiency with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Event Grid, Event Hub) Experience with Azure DevOps and Git Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) Knowledge of scripting tools like Terraform (preferred) Exposure to ACE (App Connect Enterprise) is a plus or willingness to learn ????
