Active Secret Clearance Required Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for a long-term contract opportunity in Ballston Spa, NY. This position will support the administration, configuration and maintenance of learning management systems, courseware and student information systems within a secure, highly regulated environment. Responsibilities Administer, configure and maintain LMS platforms and related COTS applications. Design, develop and implement training curricula and digital courseware. Manage student records, training materials and curriculum content within LMS and Student Information Systems (SIS). Develop technical specifications for software functionality and system enhancements. Configure LMS reporting, data collection and tracking capabilities. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support. Test LMS and SIS configuration changes and system updates. Ensure system functionality aligns with applicable DoD/DoE cybersecurity requirements. Support training content management within secure or classified environments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. 6+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience administering LMS platforms and related software applications. Experience managing digital courseware, curricula and student information. Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or similar applications. Knowledge of DoD/DoE cybersecurity requirements. Experience supporting business software applications. Ability to work onsite in Ballston Spa, NY. US citizenship and a current Secret security clearance required. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP). Experience developing or managing curriculum on classified networks. Experience administering LMS platforms for Navy nuclear training. Administrator Pay:
