Compensation :

$153,000 to $170,000 per year This Senior Systems Engineer role supports the development of training, simulation, and mission systems for critical defense programs. The company designs and builds defense and mission systems solutions, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. This position works closely with software, hardware, systems integration, and program teams to deliver reliable, high performance solutions. As Senior Systems Engineer, you will provide technical leadership throughout the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, integration, verification, and sustainment. You will develop and maintain system architectures for defense and training platforms, lead modernization efforts involving legacy systems and emerging technologies, and collaborate with software, hardware, test, and program engineering teams to ensure successful system integration. This role includes evaluating system performance to improve reliability and maintainability, leading technical reviews and engineering trade studies, and troubleshooting system level issues involving hardware, software, networking, and interfaces. You will also mentor junior engineers, support customer demonstrations, and contribute to technical documentation, integration testing, and system validation activities.
