Position Summary CoreVault Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer or Senior Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical systems for Department of War and other government customers. This position works across software, hardware, networking, cloud infrastructure, sensors, tactical communications, and operational systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across technical disciplines, troubleshooting complex systems, supporting field deployments, and collaborating directly with software engineers, network engineers, cybersecurity personnel, customers, and mission partners. Candidates may be considered at the Systems Engineer or Senior Systems Engineer level based on experience, technical capability, and qualifications. Responsibilities Design, integrate, configure, test, deploy, and sustain complex mission systems. Integrate software applications with servers, networks, sensors, radios, tactical systems, and other external systems. Configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers, virtual machines, containers, and associated infrastructure. Support Kubernetes, Helm, containerized applications, and cloud or on-premises deployment environments. Configure and troubleshoot system networking, connectivity, ports, services, certificates, and interfaces. Support integration of sensors, unmanned systems, tactical radios, TAK-based systems, and other operational technologies. Perform system integration, verification, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing. Support system hardening, STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity activities in coordination with cybersecurity personnel. Develop and maintain system architecture, configuration, installation, test, troubleshooting, and sustainment documentation. Participate in site surveys, equipment staging, system installation, demonstrations, exercises, training events, and operational deployments. Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and external interfaces. Work directly with customers and technical partners to identify requirements and resolve operational issues. Support configuration management and accountability of government and company equipment. Assist with equipment receiving, inventory, purchasing coordination, and asset tracking as required. Occasionally support QuickBooks-based purchasing or inventory activities and implementation/use of government-approved inventory or asset-management systems. Support other engineering and program activities as required in a small, rapidly growing technical organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3+ years of relevant experience for Systems Engineer consideration; greater depth and demonstrated technical leadership expected for Senior Systems Engineer consideration. Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex technical systems. Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, ports, and network services. Experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments. Ability to troubleshoot across multiple technical domains rather than focusing on a single component. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. Ability and willingness to travel to customer and operational locations. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the U.S. Government security clearance required for the position. Preferred Qualifications Current U.S. Department of War Secret or higher security clearance. Experience supporting Department of War or other federal government systems. Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker/OCI, or similar technologies. Experience with Azure, AWS, GovCloud, or other cloud environments. Experience with tactical networking, TAK/ATAK, sensors, radar, RF systems, ADS-B, UAS, or air domain awareness systems. Experience with STIGs, ACAS, RMF, or other government cybersecurity requirements. Experience supporting field deployments, military exercises, demonstrations, or operational systems. Experience with configuration management, technical documentation, inventory, or government property accountability. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
