Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts

Long-Term Contract | Multiple Openings Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Entry-Level Integration Engineers to support the integration team at an established defense technology company in the Syracuse area. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to apply their STEM education to complex systems, testing, and technical problem-solving in a collaborative engineering environment. No prior professional experience is required. Relevant coursework, academic projects, internships, laboratory experience, and other hands-on technical experience will be considered. What You'll Do Support system integration and testing activities. Assist with developing and testing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures. Work with engineering team members to support project objectives and troubleshoot technical issues. Complete assigned technical work independently and collaboratively. Document results and contribute to ongoing integration and testing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is a must. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred; other STEM degrees, including Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, will also be considered. Ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret security clearance. Applicants are not required to already hold a clearance. The clearance process will be facilitated as part of the hiring process. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Linux operating systems. Experience with system requirements, interfaces, or architectures. Familiarity with Agile development environments.
