Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 3-6 Years of IT Experience with 2+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience
- Ability to work in shifts in 24x7 support environment.
- We are seeking a MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Have knowledge on connecting interfaces like SAP, Oracle Customer Connect and Billing.

- Analyze business requirements, support requests, and backlog items, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions through configuration and development.
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects in line with SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support testing, releases, platform maintenance, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable operations and business support.
- Flexible and able to work in 24x7 shifts as per roster
- The candidate will work closely with architects, technical leads, business analysts, and application teams to develop scalable APIs and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Support MuleSoft integration initiatives by driving the resolution of backlog items, prioritizing and managing integration-related enhancements, incidents, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot complex interface issues, optimize integration performance, and ensuring reliable and scalable data exchange across systems.
- Work hand in hand with Salesforce support analysts and developers to maintain SLA Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Salary Range:
