As the customer continues to scale its platform capabilities, APIs, developer ecosystem, identity services, and operational maturity, the Platform Engineering team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer / Platform Architect to help drive the next phase of growth. Position Summary The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Platform Architect will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for advancing production operations, reliability engineering practices, scalability initiatives, and platform maturity. This individual will act as both a strategic architect and embedded engineering leader (player-coach). Key Responsibilities Site Reliability Engineering Leadership Production Operations & Operational Readiness Disaster Recovery & Resilience Engineering Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Architecture CI/CD & Developer Productivity Observability & Monitoring Platform Scaling & Future-State Architecture Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer Required Qualifications 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Experience supporting production environments at scale Expertise with Terraform, CI/CD, Monitoring, Incident Response, and Cloud Platforms Strong communication and leadership skills
