Information Technology Safety-Sensitive Position The ERP Systems Administrator supports, administers, and maintains the client's ERP applications and related infrastructure. This role ensures system availability, performance, security, and user support across all ERP environments. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain ERP applications and ERP application servers. Resolve help desk tickets related to ERP access, application issues, and related hardware/network problems. Administer ERP server patching, antivirus, updates, vendor access, and connectivity. Manage asset deployment, equipment lifecycle, and vendor repairs under maintenance agreements. Monitor ERP backups, storage policies, schedules, and disaster recovery readiness. Participate in ERP vendor meetings, system upgrades, and training initiatives. Develop and maintain system documentation. Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot systems and integrations. Support on-call rotation, including potential holiday coverage. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience; OR 7+ years of related IT experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Oklahoma Class D Driver's License (or ability to obtain). Preferred Certifications Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Technical Skills & Competencies ERP administration, integrations, workflows, and environment management (dev/test/prod). Disaster recovery planning and execution. SQL Server administration, including performance tuning, backups, security, andT-SQL. SSRS
report development. Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). PowerShell scripting and automation. REST APIs, authentication methods, and system integration practices. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, user training, and communication skills. Ability to install, repair, and support hardware, software, and networked systems. Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs., extended workstation time, and tasks requiring walking, kneeling, reaching, and similar movements.
