Integration Specialist Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc life insurance, paid holidays, sick time, 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Lancaster May 04, 2026 Eastern Lift Truck Co. Integration Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our dynamic IT team, centralized in our York, PA location. This new position is ideal for someone with a strong background in integration technologies, specifically Boomi and Informatica, as well as experience working with Salesforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing integrations, as well as designing and implementing new ones between various enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency, quality, and availability across systems. You will collaborate closely with our corporate partners, developers, and other IT teams to ensure smooth integration processes and improve overall business efficiency.
Main Duties:
Integration Development & Management:
Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Boomi, Informatica, or similar to streamline business processes across systems. Create, maintain, and support data integration workflows between internal applications (Salesforce, ServiceMax, ERP systems, etc.) and third-party platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
Salesforce Integration:
Work with Salesforce APIs and integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems. Implement best practices for integrating Salesforce with various data sources and platforms, including but not limited to ERP, marketing automation tools, and financial systems.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to define integration requirements. Ensure that integration solutions align with business goals, system performance, and compliance standards.
System Optimization & Support:
Monitor integration performance and resolve any integration failures or system errors quickly. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Documentation & Best Practices:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, including technical specifications, integration flow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies and cloud-based platforms.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience working with Boomi, Informatica, or other integration middleware applications. Proven experience with Salesforce integration (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, custom objects, middleware). Experience integrating with third-party APIs, databases, cloud applications, and enterprise systems.
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Boomi or Informatica Cloud Data Integration and integration design. Proficiency in Salesforce API (REST, SOAP), Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce connectors. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Salesforce Platform Events and Outbound messages and the Flows/Apex Classes used to send messages to integration middleware applications. Familiarity with middleware tools, data mapping, ETL processes, and troubleshooting integration issues. Solid understanding of integration concepts such as data transformations, mappings, error handling, and retry mechanisms.
Additional Skills:
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration capabilities. Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for integration processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications:
Dell Boomi Certification or similar integration certifications. Informatica Cloud Data Integration certification or related credentials. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification.
Experience:
Knowledge of additional integration tools or middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Jitterbit). Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality solutions.
Compensation:
This position is a salaried role with a pay range of $80,000 - $120,000. Compensation is based on experience.
