Job DescriptionIntegration & Systems SupportSupport LIMS (eLIMS, ELN and EQMS) setup, configuration, and stabilization for newly integrated laboratory sites.
Cross train to learn legacy LIMs or quoting process and recreate quotes and quote framework for eLIMs.
Provide LIMS support for smaller sites without dedicated system resources.
Provide support for CRM integrations as needed.
Project & Implementation SupportAssist in building and maintaining LIMS implementation frameworks, project plans, and integration playbooks.
Support development of implementation-related quotes and project documentation to enable timely go-live readiness.
Coordinate integration activities to ensure labs can focus on new work post-go-live rather than transition tasks.
Training & EnablementAssist with training of key personnel at newly integrated lab sites on LIMS setup, workflows, and best practices.
Provide post-integration support to ensure system adoption and operational stability.
Operational Flex SupportProvide ongoing support for integrated sites, enabling integration leadership to transition to subsequent M&A projects.
Assist with administrative and coordination tasks in support of integration leadership.
Flex to support overflow quoting, LIMS support, or enterprise system needs across BPT/MDS North America sites during periods of lower integration demand.
QualificationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business operations, IT systems, or a related field.
Experience supporting laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or enterprise systems preferred.
Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsExposure to laboratory operations, CRO, GMP, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced integration environment.
Demonstrated ability to learn systems quickly and support cross-functional stakeholders. Project coordination and executionSystems support and troubleshootingStrong communication and documentation skillsDetail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed teamsAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with additional hours, as needed.
