AEP acts as the data foundation (data ingestion, XDM modeling, segmentation) AJO is an activation layer built on top of AEP Many professionals specialize purely in AEP by focusing on: Data ingestion & pipelines Schema design (XDM) Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Target integrations This role is ideal for candidates with a strong data engineering mindset within AEP, even without hands-on AJO experience.
