How You'll Make a Difference You will provide technical and people leadership for PMI's production operations, application support, monitoring, incident management, change management, and service reliability capabilities. The role is accountable for the day-to-day health, availability, performance, security, and operational readiness of business-critical digital services. Working across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams, the manager drives disciplined operations, observability-led practices, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous improvement to reduce service risk, accelerate recovery, and improve customer and employee experiences. What you'll bring to the role Experience supporting enterprise-scale, cloud-based digital applications and business-critical services, preferably in Microsoft Azure.

Demonstrated experience leading major incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, change management, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

Practical knowledge of monitoring and observability capabilities, including APM, logs, metrics, traces, alerting, dashboards, and service health analytics; experience with Datadog and Azure Monitor is preferred.

Understanding of SRE and ITIL practices, including availability, SLOs/SLAs, capacity, event management, change enablement, service transition, and reliability improvement.

Experience applying automation, AI-assisted operations, AIOps, analytics, or workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and audit readiness.

Ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical issues and operational risks into clear business impact and action.

Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development capabilities.

Relevant certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Azure, SRE, cloud operations, or service management are preferred.
