Digital Workflow Strategist This strategic role drives enterprise level document management and information strategy in partnership with operational leadership, technical teams, and external suppliers. You will unify a portfolio of platforms including core file archives, intelligent document extraction, collaboration workspaces, and electronic signature tools to increase governance, reduce operational friction, and accelerate decision making. What You Bring Ability to translate complex operational needs into scalable, secure digital capabilities Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with a record of aligning stakeholders across departments Hands on experience administering enterprise file repositories, collaboration workspaces, or comparable content management frameworks Demonstrated success delivering workflow automation, intelligent document processing, analytics tools, or electronic signature capabilities Deep knowledge of regulatory retention requirements, information governance, and defensible disposition practices 4 plus years of progressive experience in documentation strategy, records and content administration, or technical operations Strong communication skills to make technical concepts clear and actionable for non technical leaders Four year degree in MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience Experience operating in project based environments preferred
What You Will Do Process Optimization:
Modernize manual processes into standardized, automated digital workflows across core functions
Supplier Governance:
Own vendor relationships including contract terms, licensing strategy, support escalation, and roadmap influence
Platform Leadership:
Act as the accountable platform owner for document repositories, intelligent extraction tools, collaboration sites, and electronic signature services
System Interoperability:
Integrate document platforms with core business systems such as ERP and HR systems to enable end to end workflows and data consistency
Strategic Architecture:
Define and execute the enterprise document and information vision, aligning standards and priorities to organizational outcomes
Change Enablement:
Develop usage standards and enablement materials, partnering with leaders to drive adoption and measurable behavioral change
Innovation Discovery:
