Hybrid, Fort Washington, PA (3 days onsite per week, Tuesday & Wednesday required) Must reside local to Fort Washington, PA relocation is not considered at this time.

Compensation Range:

$51.00-$61.00/hour on W2

Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role supports the client's IT organization by providing hands-on business analysis across multiple concurrent integration and data projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Summary

  • Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and requirements documentation across 2-3 active project workstreams simultaneously
  • Support a large-scale system integration effort currently in testing phase, bridging communication between business stakeholders and the development team
  • Assist with a core data field value migration project, including stakeholder testing support, examples, and reporting
  • Contribute to a third workstream involving Workfront and Workfront Fusion, integrating with AI tooling
  • Perform SQL-based data validation against legacy systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements
  • Collaborate closely with QA, development, and senior BA team members to advance project delivery
  • Build and utilize AI tools and agents (such as those using Claude or ChatGPT) to support project workflows
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience creating user stories, drafting functional specifications, and partnering with QA and development teams
  • Strong data mapping skills with the ability to document technical requirements in full detail
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Lucidchart for process flows and documentation
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation from legacy systems
  • Ability to operate in an agile, fast-moving environment with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
  • Demonstrated adaptability across a range of project types and sizes, with the judgment to apply the right level of detail to each
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workfront and Workfront Fusion
  • Familiarity with data architecture or an analytics background
  • Experience at smaller or mid-sized organizations where flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are essential
  • Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or hybrid PMO environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build tools or agents using AI platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT
