Cloud Architect

Description This company supports Space Systems Command OTTI by enabling the digital foundation that allows the Space Force to design, integrate, test, and train across live, virtual, and synthetic environments. Their value sits primarily in digital engineering, integration, and operational test/training enablement. OTTI's core challenge is integrating many disparate test, training, models, simulators, ranges, and networks into one operationally relevant system‑of‑systems. They addresses this by delivering secure, scalable digital engineering environments used by Space Force programs enterprise‑wide. Their's Spacestation platform provides a model‑based digital engineering (MBSE) and collaboration environment hosted at DoD security levels (IL5 today, expanding to IL6/TS) This allows OTTI teams, SSC, STARCOM, and industry partners to work from a single digital source of truth rather than siloed tools and documents The platform supports requirements, architectures, models, simulations, and data flow across OTTI's lifecycle needs The team is in need of a Cloud/Solutions Architect to support SSC.

Requirements:

Large scale platform design and architecture in a hybrid cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or Google, Azure preffered) Worked on a product team and has been a team lead and maintained a product roadmap Will have some soft BD requirements, so needs to be outgoing and able to translate engineer into english Skills Cloud, Azure, Aws Top Skills Details Cloud,Azure Additional Skills & Qualifications Hybrid role: 3 days a week onsite at LAAFB. Would is expected to last another 5 years. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
