Job Description
Apply now: Domain Architect, Hybrid (Kennesaw, GA & Calhoun, GA). Start date is ASAP for this 6-Month Contract-to-Hire position.

Hybrid - 2 days/week in Kennesaw, GA & 2 days/week in Calhoun, GA (1 remote day/week; Monday and Friday must be onsite) Must reside permanently in GA currently, relocatio will not be considered at this time

Not eligible for visa sponsorship The Domain Architect serves as a principal technology leader responsible for defining the unified architectural blueprint, technical vision, and governance across the organization's digital IT portfolio, spanning B2C and B2B commerce platforms and mobile applications. Job Summary
- Define and maintain the enterprise architectural blueprint and technical vision across B2C and B2B digital platforms
- Lead hands-on architecture and solution design for mobile experience improvements and field-facing web applications
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language
- Partner with the Marketing team to align technical solutions with end-consumer needs and the customer journey
- Architect and govern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, including authentication and authorization flows across B2B and B2C platforms
- Drive security governance and role-based access control across the digital IT portfolio
- Work alongside engineering teams in an Agile environment, contributing as a hands-on technical contributor
Minimum Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of hands-on experience as a solutions or domain architect in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency with Ping Identity (required - active migration to this platform)
- Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), including authentication and authorization for B2B and B2C platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment
- Familiarity with ForgeRock (OpenAM) or similar identity platform
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business and product stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with ecommerce systems and platforms
- Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud authentication and authorization patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
