Job Description
Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with extensive experience leading enterprise-scale Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations, integrations, and content lifecycle management solutions within regulated Life Sciences environments.

Rate Range:
$45/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions to support digital content management, MLR review processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. Design and configure Veeva Vault components, including object models, document lifecycles, workflows, security models, role-based access controls, and automation solutions. Architect and oversee integrations between Veeva PromoMats and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, regulatory systems, and identity management solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, MLR teams, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing Operations, QA, and IT leadership to define solution roadmaps and deliver scalable business solutions. Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, CSV/CSA, and Life Sciences regulatory requirements while supporting validation activities, audit readiness, and governance standards. Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, mentoring, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight for global Veeva Vault implementations, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years focused on Veeva Vault technologies and 7+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience. Deep expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats architecture, configuration, DAM, MLR workflows, Vault APIs/SDK, and enterprise-scale platform implementations. Strong experience in Life Sciences regulatory environments, including GxP, FDA, CSV/CSA compliance, validation activities, and enterprise integrations with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, and other business systems.
