Enterprise Portfolio Architect - Remote#26-09196 Eagan, MN Remote Contract Starts 9/14/2026 Ends 5/14/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Architect for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in MN. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.
Compensation:
$95.00 - $98.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
The Enterprise Portfolio Architect will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of standard elements required to implement and sustain a business or technology portfolio. This position will provide architectural oversight and governance for projects in the portfolio, defining the architectural vision, strategy, principles, and standards. The architect will collaborate with other architects and IT management to oversee all aspects of architecture, design, techniques, and the technology stack for the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop portfolio capability strategy to achieve enterprise architecture goals and objectives Actively manage,municate and market the portfolio strategy and techniques via creation and maintenance of architecture blues, roadmaps and executive presentations Inform business and IT leaders of opportunities and constraints presented by the organization's current state and target state through capability maturity and IT service health assessments Align IT strategy and planning withpany's business goals and objectives by directly influencing thepany's strategic investment plan Direct involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of technology within the portfolio and enterprise Promote d capabilities to reduce costs and improve business agility Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies through architectural reviews, solution architecture and application architecture collaboration Promote the use and adoption of industry best practices for Application and Integration frameworks, tools, standards and guidelines and rmend updates to domain reference architectures, patterns and models as needed Lead research and development efforts (proofs of concept, prototypes), as subject matter experts, when introducing new technologies Guide and inform the implementation of new clients and new vendor integrations with assigned business capabilities Facilitatemunications between IT workgroups and business stakeholders for technical issues and/or major changes, acting as the technical domain subject matter expert Provide input on all projects and road maps regardingpatibility with the business and technical visions for the portfolio Other duties as assigned
Primary Requirements:
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a similar domain, with an understanding of broader enterprise strategies, and technology roadmaps Experience with large-scale data transformation, and data modernization efforts Desired skills: Healthcare and/or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
