Job Description

Join a well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering reliable IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and end-user support to small and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries. This hybrid, full-time role based in Lancaster, PA blends onsite collaboration with remote flexibility. You'll work across a diverse technology stack including Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking, helping clients modernize and maintain secure, high-performing systems. Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Systems Administration
  • Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
  • Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
  • Experience with RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA) What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
