  • Highspot Administrator Location
  • US remote Highspot Administrator
  • Product Marketing & Enablement About the Team Product Marketing & Enablement operates as a shared service across the brands, and Highspot is the backbone of everything we do for sellers: content, sales plays, battlecards, and the reporting that tells us what's actually working.
As our platform footprint grows across brands, segments, and regions, we need someone who lives in the platform and can own it end to end. About the Role We're hiring a Highspot Administrator to become the team's platform expert and go-to resource for anything Highspot-related.
This is a hybrid role:
part platform owner, part builder. You'll own the administrative and technical backbone of Highspot —user access and group management, integrations, and the reporting and data that show us how content and plays are performing —while also rolling up your sleeves to build and design directly in the platform: sales plays, trainings, Spots pages, and content architecture. We're a lean team, and this person needs to be able to jump between governance and hands-on production depending on what the team needs that week. Because of that, we need someone who's already fluent in Highspot (or deeply experienced with Seismic) and can hit the ground running from day one —this isn't a role with runway to learn the platform on the job. What You'll Do Own platform administration —manage user access, groups, and permissions across brands, segments, and regions (including North America, UK, and India) Manage integrations , including Salesforce (Everest) and SSO/Okta provisioning, ensuring the platform stays connected and reliable as our tech stack evolves Build directly in the platform —construct sales plays, trainings, Spots pages, and homepages when the team needs hands-on production support, not just governance oversight Be the team's Highspot expert —the first point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, and best practices from product marketers, sellers, and stakeholders across the business Own reporting and analytics —build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports on content performance, seller engagement, and adoption, and translate the data into insights the team can act on Maintain content governance —keep Spots pages, homepages, sales plays, and battlecards organized, current, and easy to navigate across seller segments Support platform evolution —partner with the Director on phased development (like audience-specific workflows and expanded reporting) and help scope and execute new capabilities as they roll out Manage user communications related to platform updates, release notes, and changes that affect how sellers use the tool Partner cross-functionally with Solutions/SDO leaders, Industry leaders, and other stakeholders to make sure the platform is meeting the needs of the broader business, not just Product Marketing What You'll Bring 6
  • 8 years'experience in managing sales enablement and revenue execution platforms of which 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Highspot or Seismic specifically —this is a requirement, not a preference;we need someone who can hit the ground running without a ramp-up period Demonstrated experience building within the platform: sales plays, trainings, content pages, and Spots —not just administering access and governance Strong data instincts —comfortable building reports, interpreting engagement and adoption metrics, and turning numbers into a story the team can use Experience with SSO/Okta provisioning and CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred) is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning governance and structure for a platform used by hundreds of people Strong communicator, able to support both technical troubleshooting and stakeholder-facing conversations Comfortable wearing both hats —equally capable of maintaining structure and rolling up your sleeves to build when the team needs it Proactive and self-directed —comfortable being the "go-to"person and building process where none exists yet
