This role focuses on day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and contributing to projects that enhance system reliability, security and performance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in systems administration who is looking to grow their skills in cloud technologies, automation and modern IT practices. Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing requirements and competing priorities Participation in projects and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Provide support and procure/ship equipment to various locations and remote users Serve as a technical escalation point, including analyzing root cause Create or update topology, process, and procedure documentation Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated issues Demonstrates professional maturity through giving and receiving constructive feedback Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other team members as needed Contribute to the evolution and modernization of the IT environment Adheres to all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned The Skills and Expertise You Have Bachelor's Degree with Technical Competencies and 3 years of industry experience OR 5 years of industry experience Working knowledge with Windows servers and Microsoft services (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), including fine-tuning and elimination of single points of failure.
