full-time Join a technology team responsible for the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise technology platforms. In this role, you will play a key part throughout the technology delivery lifecycle, from planning and implementation through to operational support and continuous improvement. You will also serve as a technical resource for the wider team, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues adopt effective platform development practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert for SDLC platforms, including Jira and Confluence. Design, configure, and deploy Atlassian plugins and integrations to extend platform capabilities. Contribute to technology strategy, transformation initiatives, and technical delivery. Take ownership of solution implementation, ensuring platforms and solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with business requirements. Collaborate across the technology lifecycle to support platform planning, development, deployment, and ongoing operations. Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members on platform development best practices.

Technical Requirements:

Hands-on experience implementing and administering Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience working with JSON and XML. Exposure to scripting or development using Python and/or Groovy. Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps pipeline technologies, including Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube. Experience working across multiple stages of the software/technology delivery lifecycle.
