Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Power Platform Developer to assist in building, customizing, and maintaining Power Apps applications and supporting workflow automation projects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for low-code development, data, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Support workflow automation using Power Automate Integrate applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other data sources Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of applications Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions Support dashboards and reporting through Power BI or embedded visualizations Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and operational standards Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field) Basic experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code platforms Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or relational data sources Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Must have or be eligible to pass a security clearance Eligibility & Location DFW area candidates only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only No sponsorship available (OPT, CPT, F1, H1B) Why Upen Group Gain hands-on experience building Power Apps and low-code solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to business process automation Work in a fast-paced, professional, and data-driven environment Equal Opportunity Employer Upen Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
