This position is located in our Lafayette, Louisiana office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain platform infrastructure and shared services; Support the administration of container orchestration platforms and related components; Perform platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance activities; Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues affecting availability, performance, or integration; Develop and maintain automation scripts and deployment processes; Support application teams with onboarding, configuration, and platform usage; Ensure platform operations comply with security, documentation, and operational standards; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and supportability. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience if permitted by contract; experience in platform engineering, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or infrastructure support; Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, or similar orchestration technologies; Familiarity with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code concepts; Understanding of monitoring, logging, and platform support processes; Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Works with container platforms, orchestration technologies, automation tools, and shared services to improve platform reliability, scalability, and usability.
