Job Title Power Platform Administrator Location & Work Model Fort Worth, TX - Hybrid / Long Term Contract About the Role The Power Platform Administrator oversees the governance, maintenance, and security of our enterprise Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role is responsible for environment management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) configuration, tenant capacity monitoring, and core administration across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. The Administrator ensures platform security and operational efficiency while supporting internal makers and developer teams. Key Responsibilities

Environment & Lifecycle Management:

Manage and maintain Microsoft Power Platform environments, including creation, backup, restore, and end to end lifecycle operations.

•

Security & Governance:

Design, implement, and enforce tenant level Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security roles, user access, and app permissions using Microsoft Entra ID.

•

Resource Optimization:

Monitor environment capacity, storage limits, and license allocations to ensure optimal resource utilization.

•

Tenant Analytics & Adoption:

Deploy, maintain, and oversee the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit to track adoption, performance, and usage analytics.

•

Infrastructure & Support:

Troubleshoot platform level issues, manage on premises data gateways, and interface directly with Microsoft Support for escalated resolutions.

Best Practices & Standards:

Establish governance frameworks, development standards, and structured deployment guidelines for citizen developers. Qualifications & Technical Skills

•

Platform Administration:

Demonstrated experience managing the Power Platform Admin Center in an enterprise setup.

•

Architecture Knowledge:

Deep technical understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio architecture.

•

Security & Identity:

Expertise in environment strategy, security models, DLP enforcement, and Azure/Entra ID integration.

•

CoE Starter Kit:

Hands on experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.

•

Licensing Strategy:

Solid knowledge of Power Platform licensing models, including per user, per app, and consumption based capacities.

•

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively align IT governance with business needs.

• Certifications (Preferred):

Microsoft Certified:

Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL 200) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL 600).
